Contacting JAM
The request form prepares a message in your browser. It does not send your details to a server or store them in a database. You choose whether to send the message through your own text or email app.
Calls, texts, and emails go to the contact information shown on this website and are handled by JAM. Do not include payment information or sensitive documents in a request.
Online contact form
The contact-form link opens JAM’s existing Squarespace contact form. Requests submitted there are processed by Squarespace and JAM. Details entered in this website’s request builder are not automatically transferred to that form.
Photos of your property
Share only photos you have permission to use. Avoid including faces, private documents, or other information that is not needed to understand the job.
Booking through Acuity
Online booking is provided by Acuity Scheduling, a Squarespace service. Information you enter in the scheduler is processed by Acuity and Squarespace and made available to JAM to manage appointments. The embedded scheduler loads third-party content and may use cookies for its booking features. See the Squarespace privacy policy for details.
